Recapping The Last 12 Years Of Healing Naturally From Lyme & Other Autoimmune Diseases

For those that missed it on our YouTube channel, in the following video series, I will be recapping the last 12 years of our lives and exposing the good, the bad and everything in between that many of us have had to go through that have been diagnosed with Chronic Lyme or other chronic health/autoimmune diseases. What it takes to heal your body naturally and why it’s not always so easy sharing such personal information about your life with the world for the sake of trying to help other people.


Kevin and I have been through a lot to say the least over the past twelve years, more than most people know. We didn’t create our YouTube channel to gain anyone’s sympathy or to prove ourselves to anyone but rather to help those who may have just received a Lyme or other chronic health condition diagnosis and don’t know what to do next. We created this channel, website, studio, and blog to give those hope and faith that with the right guidance, determination, and willpower, that you can get well again and take back your life!


Many probably think that we feel as though we have lost over a decade of our lives while trying to heal our bodies naturally from these debilitating illnesses but that explanation of our experience couldn’t be further from the truth. Yeah sure, it wasn’t always so easy, even pretty miserable and dire at times, after all, wouldn’t you be scared to death too if several doctors told you you would eventually go blind, be in a wheelchair, unable to control your bodily functions, have difficulties trying to have children, be on medication for the rest of your life and potentially need bowel resections or an ostomy bag later on in life!? F*ck that would scare anyone no doubt, excuse my French as my grandfather used to say!


Thinking back now, I can distinctly remember multiple times where I would be crying and praying simultaneously while sitting on the toilet or lying in bed in a pool of my own sweat begging God or anyone to take my pain away.


“Please, please, please God just make it go away! I promise if you help me now I will be a better person, I will dedicate my whole life to being a better person, please help me!”


Sound familiar?


And when I didn’t think I could handle anymore, we got even more sick and my manifestations and prayers went from sounding like the latter to something like this:


“Please God, I can’t handle this anymore, I can’t do it, please make it STOP, JUST MAKE IT GO AWAY and if you can’t do that then please give me the strength to stop trying and let me die already! THIS IS NOT F*CKING FAIR!”

Let me clarify that I only ever felt this way back in 2016 when my symptoms and transformation was at its worst. It is absolutely crucial to allow yourself to grieve your losses and even get angry about your situation however, it is equally as important not to dwell or get lost in your sorrow for a prolonged period of time. In order to heal your body, you must remain hopeful and optimistic. Tell yourself you will get well again and you will! Tell yourself the opposite and you may never see the light again.


As I write this to you now, there is a steady stream of tears running down my face, not because I am sad about what happened to us, well maybe a little bit but more so because I am so grateful that someone, somewhere heard my cry for help.


Some say you will never truly appreciate your health until it is taken away from you in a blink of an eye and you are faced with death. It’s sad, that this is what it takes for so many of us to change our lives, become more humble, dismantle our egos, get rid of our old belief systems about what we think is real, to find spirituality, speak your truth, pray, want to help other people, be a better person and live a better life.


Why is it that so many of us will not change our ways to improve our lives until a tragic event occurs? Perhaps I’ll never know how to answer that question but I do know this, that I am now thankful for my illness because had it never happened perhaps I would still be walking around living a life (or maybe not) where I would just be too distracted with my own selfish desires and would have never truly appreciated not only my health but what a gift life truly is.


From my heart to yours, this is my truth!
