Reclaim your wellness with the Energy Balancing Light Studio's special package for private NEW MEMBER ONLY! For just $120, you will receive a full studio membership, a 1-hour wellness consultation (30 minutes is booked for me to review your responses on your mandatory wellness questionnaire prior to your first visit, and another 30 minutes to go over your answers with you in person and to sign our liability waiver. An additional 10-15 minutes will also be allotted to you to go over the basics on how to use our equipment safely. Followed by a 20-minute equipment session of your choosing. Online booking is not available. To save time, the membership guidelines/waiver & wellness questionnaire must be filled out 48 hours prior to your first session. Please read through them carefully and fill them out honestly to ensure your safety. However, our membership waiver must be approved, signed & witnessed by one of our studio facilitators, which will be done during your first visit. All sessions are available by appointment only. We DO NOT accept any walk-ins as we are a private members-only studio & your session must be booked, paid & confirmed at least 24 hours in advance, unless other arrangements have been made with one of the studio facilitators directly. Missed appointments will not be refunded. Debit/credit through PayPal invoicing is now available or cash/e-transfer. IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to time and to keep our membership packages affordable, we no longer offer any supporting detoxification supplements or access to our shower facility. However, it is still strongly recommended that you take a binder of some sort, like activated charcoal or zeolites, at least 20 minutes prior to your session. It would also be wise to take an electrolyte/mineral supplement like Fulvic/Humic Acid Minerals after heavy sweating, and some Lypospheric Vitamin C several hours afterward to support your detoxification pathways. All can be purchased through our recommendations/bio page through our affiliate partners. Also, wipe down any perspiration you experience immediately while using our sauna with the towels that will be provided to you, get freshened up in our clean/private studio washroom, and take a shower with just water (NO SOAP) as soon as you get home.
